At Campvella, we aim to provide a reliable and satisfactory shopping experience. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order, subject to the conditions outlined below.
1. Return Policy

To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

All tags, manuals, and accessories must remain intact and included.

Items must be in resellable condition.
1.2 Non-Returnable Items
The following items do not qualify for returns:

Items that have been opened, used, worn, or damaged due to customer handling, except in cases where the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.

Items returned without a valid reason.

Items marked as “Final Sale,” including discounted items as outlined below.
1.3 Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to customer-related reasons (such as incorrect purchase, change of mind, or no longer needed), the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

If the return is due to Campvella’s error—including defective, damaged, or incorrect items—we will cover the return shipping cost.
2. Exchange Policy
Campvella does not currently offer direct product exchanges.
If you wish to exchange an item, you may:

Submit a return request for the original product; and

Place a new order for the desired item.
3. Refund Policy

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item.

4. Black Friday, Cyber Monday, and Discounted Items
The following conditions apply to promotional and discounted items:

All Black Friday, Cyber Monday, and other promotional or discounted items are considered Final Sale.

These items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive defective, damaged, or incorrect.
If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide photo or video evidence. A replacement or refund will be arranged accordingly.
