Cancellation Policy
Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped.
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us with your reason.
Our team will process the cancellation within 2 business days.
Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled.
14-Day Return Warranty

If an incorrect product was ordered:
We may accept a return.

Refund will cover the product price only.
Unwanted Item
As many of our products are made-to-order or customized through heat transfer use, returns are not accepted for change-of-mind purchases.
However, we will replace defective or incorrect items if you provide:
